Automation Guarantee
Every automation we deliver includes a 90-day implementation guarantee. If it fails to perform to the agreed spec because of something on our end, we investigate and fix it at no additional cost, within 90 days of deployment.
Covered
- Bugs or errors in the automation's implementation
- Workflow failures caused by our configuration or logic
- Functionality that doesn't operate according to the agreed project scope
- Reasonably foreseeable edge cases that stop it performing as agreed
Not Covered
- New features or changes to the original requirements
- Changes made by the client or other third parties
- Changes to third-party platforms, APIs, software, or policies
- Expired, revoked, or modified credentials and permissions
- Issues caused by systems outside Relyo's control
- Requests to modify or expand the automation beyond the original scope
After the 90-day window, ongoing maintenance and support continue under a maintenance agreement or on a pay-as-you-go basis.
